Gallo Realty welcomes Turner Hastings to Lee Ann Wilkinson Group

Lewes local, Cape Henlopen High and University of Delaware graduate, Hastings happily resides with his wife and two young children in his hometown of Lewes. Before beginning his full-time career in the real estate industry, Hastings oversaw the operations of a local transportation company that serves southern Delaware with both a fixed-route service as well as privately chartered transportation services. As operations supervisor, he had the great pleasure and challenge of helping to expand the company while implementing more efficient and effective operating systems and procedures.
He discovered, however, that his favorite aspect of the position was working directly with customers. This led to the realization that his aspiration to make connections with and assist others would be an incredible asset in the real estate business. "I've always loved helping my clients work through the process of what they want to accomplish. Working hard, and exceeding expectations to produce, has and continues to be the most rewarding part of my career," noted Hastings.
Another past professional experience will greatly benefit Hastings' future clients and customers. He had the opportunity to meet, greet and assist out-of-towners at his family's bed-and-breakfast, the Savannah Inn, which is located in downtown Lewes. In addition to handling day-to-day operations at the B & B, Turner also received on-the-job training in construction and renovation as he helped expertly rehabilitate the lovely 1914 brick Victorian home into the contemporary B&B that guests enjoy visiting today.
On choosing to return to Lewes, Hastings noted: "I really enjoyed growing up in this area and am so happy to be raising my boys here as well. Sussex County is a wonderful place to live for a family, a retired couple, or a young person just starting out. It has something for everyone. I'm looking forward to helping my customers and clients in finding their perfect home in what I consider to be the absolutely 'perfect place to live'!"
Lee Ann Wilkinson noted that "Turner brings an extensive customer service background to our group as well as tons of local knowledge." She went on to explain that "His lifetime of experience living and working in our beach communities, both in his family businesses and ventures of his own, help make Turner a great asset to our team and to our clients."
