Spending time with her family was very important to her. She especially enjoyed time with her cousins from Virginia and New York, and most of all spending her days with her faithful dog Gus.

In addition to her husband, Mrs. Johnson was preceded in death by her son Kevin F. Johnson; and her brother, Earl F. Satchell Jr. Gloria is survived by three of her four children: Hyland G. Johnson of Bear; her sister Ellen S. Willis of Malvern, Pa.; two brothers-in-law, Lawrence Johnson (Margaret) of Jamaica, N.Y. and Ronald Johnson of Newport News, Va.; two sisters-in-law, Dorothy Johnson of Reisterstown, Md. and Catherine Johnson of Long Island City, N.Y.
