Miss Dover Grace Otley took the 2022 Miss Delaware crown at the Milton Theatre June 17. Her platform is teaching others to love themselves through music. Her talent was singing while playing the violin and piano.
Taking first runner-up was Miss Brandywine Allison Dayton. Second runner-up went to Miss Coastal Bay Imani Cummings, while the third runner-up was Miss Tri-County Caroline Scalora.
Miss Delaware 2022 Grace Otley earned cheers from the audience as she performed Coldplay’s “Viva La Vida.”
