Inland Bays Foundation welcomes new president

Millsboro resident Doug Parham has taken over as the new president of the Inland Bays Foundation, an environmental organization that advocates for cleaner water in the Inland Bays and around Delaware.
Parham officially took the reins at the foundation's recent meeting in Bethany Beach July 8.
