Keller Williams Realty announces top producers for December

Keller Williams Realty has announced the December 2018 top producers for its southeast Sussex County locations.

Robert Kauffman of the Bethany Beach office won top honors for highest listing volume for individual agent. Other individual awards for top listings went to Dan Taglienti of the West Fenwick office and Frank Hornstein of the Lewes office.

Delaware Beach Home Team of the Bethany Beach office won for top listing volume for teams. Members are Dayna Feher, Tammy Mushrush and Pam Pridgeon. Other team awards for top listings went to Veirs Bouloucon Team of the West Fenwick Office (Courtney Bouloucon, Marc Bouloucon, Al Veirs and Justin Noble); and Z Corp Team of the Lewes office (Barry Ziegler, Rachael Carey, and Dennis Delaney).

Steve Gilbert of the Bethany Beach office won for top written sales volume for individual agent. Other individual awards for top written volume went to Bob Wheatley of the Lewes office, Rob Taylor of the West Fenwick office and Bill Hand of the Marketplace at Sea Colony office.

Andy Staton Team of the Lewes office won for top written volume for teams. Members are Andy Staton, Chet Carbaugh and Bryan Bowles. Other team awards for top written sales volume went to Seaside Seven of the Marketplace at Sea Colony office (Ann Baker, Sarah Schifano, Shelby Smith, Laurie McFaul, Christine Antonioli, Tammy Hadder, and Anna Meiklejohn); See2Tee Team of the Bethany Beach office (Karen Sergison and Missy Nalewaik); Surf on Home Team of the Edgewater Lobby/Sea Colony office (Steve Alexander, Jenny Smith, and Dave Leiderman); and Veirs Bouloucon Team of the West Fenwick office.

Seaside Seven of the Sea Colony at Marketplace office won for highest sales volume for teams for December. Other teams awarded for highest sales volume were Delaware Beach Home Team of the Bethany Beach office, Veirs Bouloucon of the West Fenwick office, Surf on Home Team of the Edgewater Lobby/Sea Colony office, and the Don Williams Group (Emily Williams, Liz Williams, Trip Williams, Geoff Howard, Cameron McCain, and Justin DiNorscia).

Awards were also presented for the highest number of units for the month for individual agents and teams. Jane Baxter won for the most listings obtained, Steve Gilbert for most contracts ratified, and Erin Lee for most closings. For teams, the winners were Jared Bowers Group (Jared Bowers, Kenny Devitt, Dawid Jablonski) for most listings obtained, Seaside Seven for top ratified contracts and Don Williams Group for most closings.
