KSI names Tynika Harris Outstanding Staff Person of the Quarter

Kent-Sussex Industries Inc. recently recognized Tynika Harris of Milford as Outstanding Staff Person of the Quarter.

Harris joined the KSI staff in July 2014, supervising pre-vocational activities designed to develop employment skills. The smile behind her positive attitude follows her from one situation to another as the learning environment is always changing. Her positive encouragement motivates program participants to do their best.

Harris was recently promoted to work crew supervisor for the KSI crew working at Merck Animal Health in Millsboro. As Staff Person of the Quarter, Harris becomes eligible to be selected as Staff Person of the Year. For more information, go to www.ksiinc.org.
