Laymen R. Grant, 78, passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, Nov. 8, 2025, after a short battle with cancer.
Laymen is survived by his beloved wife of 58 years, Kathleen “Cathy” Grant; his two grandsons, Justin Grant and Travis Grant; and seven great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 10 to 11 a.m., Saturday Nov. 22, at Immanuel Church, 2414 Pennsylvania Ave., Wilmington, with a service beginning at 11 a.m. Burial will be private.
