Members of the Lewes Senior Activity Center and friends cannot stop talking about their trip to southern Utah’s breathtaking national parks in early June.
The eight-day trip was offered through the center and arranged by Curran Travel Inc.
After a flight to Las Vegas, highlights of the trip included scenic tours through Zion, Bryce Canyon, Arches, Capitol Reef and Canyonlands national parks.
The group also enjoyed a two-day journey on the Rocky Mountaineer Train following the Colorado River from Glenwood Springs, Utah, to Denver.
The Lewes Senior Activity Center promotes health and wellness for individuals 50 and older, offering fitness and exercise classes, arts and crafts classes, social get-togethers, affordable travel and community service opportunities for its members.
