Local healers to host rejuvenation retreat Oct. 18-20

September 16, 2019

The Rev. Donna McEntee, medium and spiritual counselor; Kim Blanch, RN; and Krista Griffin, DC, have teamed to create an entire weekend devoted to healing the body, mind and spirit. A rejuvenation retreat will be held from Friday to Sunday, Oct. 18 to 20, at Tusculum Farm in Laytonsville, Md.

“We wanted to create an environment where people could retreat from their lives and experience the totality of wholeness. We will offer insights and practical applications that people could easily incorporate into their daily lives,” said Griffin.

The weekend will focus on experiential lectures, mindful movements, gentle yoga, spiritual guidance, meditation, Ayurvedic principles, ancient breathing, and community. “I am excited to offer ancient practices and new experiences that expand our capacity to connect with the innate healing wisdom of our bodies,” said Blanch.

McEntee said, “Communication and interaction with others are needs of the human spirit. In this retreat, we will share multiple ways to continue this connection, even after death.”
