Mack Lamar Davis Jr., a loving person

Mack Lamar Davis Jr., 42, of Frankford passed away Tuesday, Jan. 29, 2019, due to a lifetime illness. He can be with his mommy Patti Meyers, who passed away Oct. 22, 2018. 

He is also preceded in death by his nephew Fhillip John Wilkerson, who passed Oct. 18, 2011, as well as his dog Butterball.  

He attended Indian River High School.  Mack loved going to Wawa with his mom to get coffee and watch all the excitement in the parking lot.  He was a loving person, with a very big heart.  He would also tell you like it is.  He was a Washington Redskins fan and was an all-around great guy.

Mack is survived by his sisters Sonya Rogers (Frank Coffin) of Willards, Md., Lorraine Lynch (Mike Truitt) of Frankford and Sherry Johnson of Florida; brothers Greg Davis and Darren Davis of Florida; and his father Mack Davis Sr. also of Florida.  He also leaves behind nephews, Frank Wilkerson of Pittsville, Md.,; Freddy Wilkerson of Millsboro, Jeffrey Stevens of South Carolina and Travis Hall of Selbyville; nieces Marissa Lynch of Baltimore, Md.,  Mariah Lynch of Selbyville and Reva Coffin of Ohio; and a very special great-niece, Mazzie.  He is also survived by special friends Cia Webber, Lloyd Collick and Michael Townsends, as well as many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
