Megan James Group new-home tours to launch Sept. 22

The Megan James Group of Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Gallo Realty in Rehoboth Beach is teaming up with Schell Brothers in kicking off its Coastal Delaware Home Tours this fall.

These tours, limited to 12 people in a comfortable touring van, are a fun and relaxing way for prospective home buyers to explore the area while visiting award-winning new-home communities in Lewes and Rehoboth Beach. 

“The fall is the perfect time of year to explore communities in southern Delaware,” said Megan Honeysett, BHHS Gallo Realty sales consultant. “Our tours are designed to be fun, relaxing, and informative."

Hors d’oeuvres and beverages will be served at each Schell Brothers community, and the tour group will also experience a behind-the-scenes look at a home under construction. Hardhats are included.

Two dates are available: Saturday, Sept. 22 and Saturday, Oct. 20. The tours will run from 1 to 3 p.m. These are free events, but spots are limited, so preregistering is a must.
