Musicians doing their thing in the 1930s

Delaware’s Cape Region was alive with jazz music this past weekend between the Rehoboth Beach Jazz Festivals 30th anniversary slate of sold-out concerts, True Blue Jazz and its many straight-ahead jazz concerts, and the many restaurants hosting live music. This photo from the time period between 1930 and 1938 shows four Delaware musicians - but clearly, not jazz musicians - doing their thing.
