Located on an 18-acre parcel on the northwest corner of Route 9 and Hudson Road between Lewes and Milton, the 48,500-square-foot facility with 287 parking spaces will provide emergency room and walk-in and outpatient services.

The parcel was rezoned in February 2019 from AR-1, agricultural-residential, to I-1, institutional district.
