NextHome Tomorrow Realty in Lewes is owned and operated by husband and wife Craig Beebe and ErinAnn Beebe. Based on production, the office was recognized as a Pinnacle Office Award winner, one of the highest-producing NextHome offices in the nation in 2021. The local brokerage closed 132 units and $54,921,481 in sales volume, placing it in the top 23% of all offices in the NextHome Company.

Erin and Craig wanted to open their own office because they saw a need in the real estate brokerage business. “We wanted to provide agents with an office and environment where they could thrive – one that would give them what they need in a fast-paced and ever-evolving industry, where they can work smarter, not harder and achieve their goals. And it does not hurt that orange is my favorite color, so NextHome is the perfect place for us,” said Erin.

NextHome Tomorrow Realty is a modern real estate company with consumer-focused branding, innovative technology and marketing, and a non-competing broker of record, Erin’s mother, Nora Martin. The office is located at 20028 John J. Williams Highway, Lewes, in the orange office building next to Love Creek Elementary School.
