Patterson-Schwartz Real Estate welcomes Lora Butler and Debra Waters to its Rehoboth Beach sales team.
Butler is a former retail management professional who transitioned into a successful real estate career five years ago. She has earned her Accredited Buyer Representative, Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource, and Resort and Second Home certifications, and she specializes in residential sales, resort properties and bank sales.

Waters is a 13-year industry veteran with a professional background as a small business owner specializing in client service and sales.
Born and raised in Wilmington, Waters is a native Delawarean whose roots in the local real estate community run deep. Her mother Mary worked for several years at one of the original Patterson-Schwartz offices on Milltown Road. Waters is infinitely proud to tell people she enjoys selling real estate, just like her mother.
