VegRehoboth hosted Planet Delaware at Epworth United Methodist Church Sept. 13-15 outside Rehoboth Beach. This free event focused primarily on health, the environment and coexisting with animals.
“We had around 45 vendors. In the past, we have had up to 90, but this is our first year back since COVID,” said Tara Sheldon, president of VegRehoboth. “We’ve had a good mixture of artisans, food vendors, nonprofits, and there’s a couple of puppies that got adopted – I’m very happy about that.”
She went on to say, “My greatest hope is that people will choose to live more compassionately.”
