Planet Fitness opens new club in Rehoboth Beach

Planet Fitness announced its new Cape Region club has opened at 30134 Veterans Way, Rehoboth Beach.

Free fitness training is included in all memberships.

Strength equipment includes free weights, expansive strength machines and plate-loaded bench presses, hack squats and seated calf machine. The gym includes more than 30 state-of-the-art pieces of cardio equipment with wireless connections to all TVs, a functional training room, a high-intensity interval training area with air bikes and rowers, and dedicated mobility and stretching space.

In support of veterans and their service to the community, Planet Fitness Rehoboth Beach representatives presented a $1,000 donation to Irreverent Warriors. The nationwide organization focuses on veteran suicide prevention awareness, and it uses humor to help veterans cope with pain, tragedy and trauma.
