Pot-Nets Homes cuts ribbon on remodeled Sales and Design Center in Long Neck

April 3, 2015

Pot-Nets Homes held a ribbon cutting ceremony March 13 for its newly-remodeled Sales and Design Center in Long Neck. Company founders Rob Tunnell Jr. and Robert W. Tunnell III were joined at the ribbon cutting ceremony by members of the Rehoboth Beach-Dewey Beach Chamber of Commerce, and nearly 100 invited guests from the local business community, Pot-Nets Homeowner Associations, contractors and staff members.

“We are excited to share with you 50 years of Pot-Nets history,” said Robert Tunnell III. “Our Sales and Design Center combines the best of the old and the new.”

JoAnn Babbie, Pot-Nets Homes sales manager, led everyone in a champagne toast to “Fifty more years of Pot-Nets pride,” along with acknowledging the key staff and partners who made the opening possible.

Visitors saw the recent transformation of the Sales and Design Center. New, fresh colors and beach-themed furnishings are complemented by cutting-edge technology. A nine-screen video wall constantly refreshes a collage of current and historic photographs and film footage, which illustrate the 50-year history of family memories that have been created at the Pot-Nets communities.

There are several touch-screen video displays which allow visitors to search for new or pre-owned homes and home sites among the six Pot-Nets communities. The display screens allow users to sort between homes which may interest them, from a bay-front home with a private boat slip in the rear yard or a wooded home site on a quiet street.

A massive aerial photograph adorns one wall from floor to ceiling, showing the Pot-Nets communities' location within coastal Delaware. The waterfront communities are less than two hours away from Wilmington or the Chesapeake Bay Bridge. And once here, residents are only steps away from private boat docks and minutes away from the Atlantic Ocean by boat.

Located in Long Neck, the Pot-Nets neighborhoods have been providing the best of waterfront living for over 50 years on the Indian River Bay and Rehoboth Bay. The communities include five miles of waterfront, private beaches and over 1,200 boat slips. Community amenities include pools, tennis courts, paved paths, parks, playgrounds, crabbing/fishing piers, boat ramps and bait and tackle shops. Paradise Grill, located within the Pot-Nets Bayside neighborhood, offers waterfront entertainment and dining.

The Pot-Nets Homes Sales and Design Center is open seven days a week at 34026 Anna’s Way, Long Neck, just off of Long Neck Road at the entrance to Pot-Nets Bayside. Go to www.potnets.com or call 888-534-6637 to schedule an appointment.
