Rehoboth man’s run spells out Black Lives Matter

June 8, 2020

Bruce Clayton of Rehoboth Beach-based TriCoach used his training June 7 to join thousands of voices nationwide protesting police brutality and inequality following the death of George Floyd. This image  of his path appeared on Clayton’s phone.

“While I believe in peaceful protest, I am better at getting my point across through running,” he said. “So, I ran the words Black Lives Matter on the beach this morning. The GPS on my Garmin watch tracks me, and gives me this image.”
