What’s creamy and smooth without a drop of cream?

What's sweet and delicious without a smidgen of sugar?

What’s quick and easy with no recipe needed?

Simple Summer Sorbets in 3 easy steps:

  1. Freeze individual chunks of ripe banana on a tray overnight. (1 banana/person = 6 to 8 chunks)
  2. Combine in a blender/food processor equal parts slightly thawed banana and any other slightly thawed fruit until smooth and creamy but still stiff, not liquid.
  3. Add flavorings such as mint, ginger, cinnamon, vanilla, etc., if you wish, and serve immediately. Enjoy!
