Toasted Almond Fudge Dream Cream
This dessert will knock your socks off--TOASTED ALMOND FUDGE DREAM CREAM without a drop of dairy. Let 3 frozen bananas sit at room temperature for 15 minutes or so.. Place slightly thawed bananas in processor or blender with ¼ cup nonsweetened chocolate almond nondairy milk. Add 1 to 2 Tablespoons cocoa powder and 1 Tablespoon almond butter and process until smooth. Serve with a sprinkle of toasted almonds if you'd like. Makes 2 generous servings. Highly recommended by this certified former dairy ice cream addict.
