Thomas W. Chadwick, loved homing pigeons

Thomas W. Chadwick, 62, of Millsboro and formerly of Norwood, Pa., died Wednesday, June 8, 2011.

He will be remembered for his loving of homing pigeons and his athletic skills. He was employed by True Form and later Maidenform. He then formed his own company, Tosestto USA Inc., in Essington, Pa. He was a member of American Legion Post 28 and AMVETS Post 2.

He is predeceased by his parents.

He is survived by his brother Joseph Chadwick; and his three loving sons, Sean (Dana), Stephen and Thomas Jr. He will miss the “hugs” from his four grandchildren Cassidy, Jackson, Sierra and Marissa.

We would like to offer special thanks to Tom’s cousin, Dr. Richard Phau, for the kindness, guidance and love he gave him during his illness. We express a depth of gratitude to the nursing staff at the Tunnel Cancer Center. Their care and concern supported us through his illness.

Calling period will begin at 12:30 p.m., followed by a memorial service at 1:30 p.m., Saturday, June 18, at Cavanagh Family Funeral Home, Norwood.
