Dover Verizon Wireless Hopeline event benefits People's Place

The donation, which was increased during the event to $5,000, will help support the agency's domestic violence programs, including shelter, advocacy and counseling services for domestic violence survivors and their children. The event was held Oct. 8 at Verizon Wireless in Dover.
