Santa Claus has announced his hours and house location. Santa’s House will be on the Rehoboth Boardwalk at the end of Rehoboth Avenue, where children can stop by and tell him their Christmas wish list. There is no charge to visit Santa; donations are appreciated. Parents are reminded to bring their cameras. As a special attraction, Santa will be posing for photos with his furry friends from 3 to 5 p.m., Sunday, Dec. 18.
Santa's schedule begins Friday, Nov. 25, when he will welcome visitors from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m., during the tree lighting ceremony.
Santa's House will also be open from 3 to 5 p.m., Saturdays, Nov. 26, Dec. 3 and Dec. 10 and from 1 to 3 p.m., Sundays, Nov. 27, Dec. 4 and Dec. 11.
Santa will also be home from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 17, and from 1 to 3 p.m., Sunday, Dec. 18.
Holiday tree lightings
The Rehoboth Beach Tree Lighting festivities will take place at 7 p.m., Friday, Nov. 25. There will be a hometown sing-a-long from 6 to 7 p.m. with singer/songwriter Doug James and his good friend Mrs. Claus. Hot chocolate will be served.
The Dewey Beach Tree Lighting festivities will take place from 5:30 to 7 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 26, at Fifer's Orchards market. Parking is free on any street in Dewey. Attendees are encouraged to bring their family, refreshments, and their Christmas spirit.

The Rehoboth Beach Hometown Christmas Parade, sponsored by the Rehoboth Beach Volunteer Fire Company, will be held from 6:30 to 8 p.m., Tuesday, Dec. 6.
