It seems that our reputation is national.
You will have to scroll down to find that Rehoboth Beach is Delaware’s most overrated destination mainly due to the cost of parking and its exuberant enforcement of parking meters.
It reminds me that the city of Rehoboth put together a “parking task force” last year to investigate how to ease parking and their only recommendations seemed to be to increase the cost of parking.
I seem to remember that the head of that task force was someone from Pennsylvania and I thought at the time that it was an example of someone from out of town importing the same mistakes that drove them out of their home town (when in doubt, tax).
