DAC holds grand opening for West Side Creative Market
Open-air shop features works from many Cape Region artists, other businesses

Hundreds of people turned out for the West Side Creative Market grand opening July 5.
Put on by the Developing Artist Collaboration, the market features local artists of all kinds, live entertainment, food, and a bar.
Pending weather, the market will run from 5:30 to 9 p.m. every Monday through October. Weather-related closings will be noticed on DAC’s social media pages.

Brenda Milbourne, West Side New Beginnings founder and executive director, is on hand supporting West Rehoboth’s newest neighbor.
The market has been dedicated to Louis Chaconas. Ryan Vai, DAC artist development director, shows off the plaque that will be installed in Chaconas’ honor.
Located on an open lot near Revelation Brewery, the West Side Creative Market offers live entertainment, artists, food and a bar.

The market has been open for a few months now, but with the official grand opening there have been recent improvements – including this sign.
