Second Street in Lewes to close Nov. 18

Second Street in Lewes will be temporarily closed beginning midnight, Monday, Nov. 18, as crews complete minor resurfacing of the street. The road will be closed until about noon, Tuesday, Nov. 19. As soon as work is complete, the road will be reopened fully.
