Get ready to stay on your toes with the one and only DJ Manny Mann from The Starboard — bringing the energy and keeping the crowd pumped all afternoon long!

We’ll kick things off with a moving tribute featuring:

🔹 Delaware State Police Pipes & Drums
🔹 Dover Celtic Pipes & Drums
🔹 National Anthem performed by Sidney Caldwell, Jr. from Cape Henlopen High School
🔹 Opening remarks by Christian Hudson

They’ll bring the energy with their full-band performance immediately following the ceremony!

🌟 Special Guest Appearance: DJ Daniel
We’re honored to welcome Devarjaye “DJ” Daniel, a brave 13-year-old battling brain cancer and inspiring hearts nationwide. DJ will join us on stage around 12:30 PM.

🎸 West of One Band
Get ready for an electric performance that will have you singing along and dancing on the lawn!

🎤 Reagan Kent
Closing out the musical portion of the day with her incredible vocals and heartfelt energy!

🎉 And that’s not all — enjoy food trucks, local vendors, kids’ activities, the Patriotic Pup Parade, a live K-9 demo, the Silent Auction, and more!
