Happy post Labor Day Weekend 2012 to everyone!  While you are out and about town this week, be sure to take a ride through Hawkseye just outside of Lewes on Gills Neck Road (see map below), and check out our Kousa Creek (under construction) currently available for sale - and by the way, is the mid-Atlantic regions' first Southern Living Showcase Home!  This home will literally be right out of the pages of Southern Living magazine!  This home is located on homesite #59, in the most private rear section of Hawkseye - backing to nature - forever.
