This year, through a grant from the Delaware Volunteer Firefighter’s Association, the Rehoboth Beach Volunteer Fire Company was able to recognize 40 of its top responders. The top responders attending the banquet were (l-r) Dick Mitchell, Warren Jones, Eric Wharton Sr., Harry Miller, Ed Cline, Chatam Marsch, D.J.
