Sussex County Science Fair and The Delaware Biotechnology Institute recently brought a team of graduate students to the Cape Region for a family science night. Through hand-on activities families learned how science uses small changes to create big effects on food, environment and health. By using familiar items, students saw how oysters clean the bays, how genetics effect agriculture, what part hydrogels play in the world, and local students shared how they made winning science projects.
