Bin 66 team wins Olde Tymers Softball League title

The Olde Tymers Softball League of Delmarva recently completed the 2018 season playoffs. The new champions are the Bin 66 team coached and managed by Dave Sroka. The winners, who were second-seeded going into the playoffs, bested Atlantic Orthopaedic 5-4. Atlantic Orthopaedic was the overall team champion for the regular season with a record of 25-5. Bin 66’s record going into the playoffs was 21-9.
The Olde Tymers Softball League has 184 players ages 60 to 83 spread over 13 teams. The season begins in May and ends in early September. Teams play two days a week at their fields in Dagsboro. For information about OTS, go to http://www.eteamz.com/Delmarvaots/.
