Roads in Oak Orchard have reopened after being closed by the state because of high water.
River Road between Layton Davis Road and Oak Orchard Road is now open, according to the latest report from the Delaware Department of Transportation.
The Cape Gazette will continue to post road closings as Hurricane Florence makes landfall.
