Prudential Gallo welcomes three new members to the sales team

Three Realtors recently joined the team at Prudential Gallo, Realtors: Diana Grusky, Laurie Bronstein and Andy Staton.

Grusky is a former associate broker and Realtor in Prince William County, Va., where she was consistently name a top producer in her firm. Grusky was named to the Founders Club, reserved for sales associates who rank in the top 5 percent for sales transactions in the United States.

Brooklyn, N.Y. natives Grusky and her husband, Paul, a retired Washington, D.C. detective, relocated from northern Virginia to Sussex County to care for their elderly mothers, and Paul also assists Diana in maintaining her rapidly growing business in the local real estate market.

Bronstein, originally from Philadelphia, Pa., moved to Broadkill Beach in 1998. Born into a family of Philadelphia real estate developers, Bronstein received her bachelor of arts degree in anthropology, then trained as an emergency department physician’s assistant. After five years in Beebe Medical Center’s Emergency Department, she decided to pursue her passion for real estate full time in 2003.

Since then, Bronstein has become one of the top-grossing sales agents of real estate along the Delaware Bay. Last year, she accounted for almost 40 percent of all listings and/or sales in Broadkill Beach and was the top-grossing sales agent at her previous company. She also handles properties in other beach communities, including Back Bay Cove, Primehook Beach, Slaughter Beach, Bowers Beach, South Bowers Beach and Kitts Hummock.

Preceding his affiliation with Prudential Gallo, Staton co-founded Beach to Bay Real Estate Center and sold the firm in 2009. He specializes in residential sales and leads the short sales and auction services division in addition to maintaining the position of Sussex County Sheriff’s Office auctioneer. He received a bachelor of arts degree in political science and history from Longwood College and a master’s degree in business and technology management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He is a certified real estate auctioneer and certified short-sales professional.

Staton relocated to Rehoboth Beach in 2003, to pursue his real estate career, after working in management consulting as an associate with Booz Allen Hamilton in Washington, D.C., and serving as a legislative assistant in the Virginia General Assembly Legislative Office of Delegate William C. Mims.
