Yoder & Sons wins Showfield gingerbread house competition

Showfield, a Jack Lingo Realtor community, launched the 2017 holiday season with a gingerbread house tour and competition Nov. 25. The event included a friendly competition where current Showfield builders were asked to create a unique gingerbread house to display within their model homes or at the Showfield Clubhouse. Gingerbread houses were judged by event attendees. Showfield has no builder tie-in.

Carrie Lingo, Realtor, said, "Our Showfield gingerbread house tour was a big success. Over 300 guests who live locally and outside the coastal Delaware region toured Showfield builder model homes decorated for the holidays, enjoyed refreshments and holiday music, and had a great time voting for the winner of our gingerbread house competition. The builders did an amazing job and the competition was tough, but Yoder & Sons Construction LLC was our ultimate winner. We thank everyone who attended, as well as the Showfield builders for creating their gingerbread house masterpieces."
