Department of Transportation crews are demolishing the old Indian River Inlet bridge, hauling pieces of the bridge to shore, where the bridge will be dismantled and sold for scrap material.
A crew is using heavy equipment to pull bridge sections to the beach. The sections will be cut up for scrap.
