Delaware Resorts Expos held its sixth annual Fall Home Expo Sept. 23-24, at Cape Henlopen High School in Lewes.
Despite the foreboding forecast of Tropical Storm Ophelia, the expo was a resounding success. Eighty exhibitors presented their home-related goods and services to the estimated 2,000 visitors who attended the free event.
“The great turnout in challenging weather conditions confirmed our opinion that regional residents really look forward to and enjoy our expos, and what a blessing it is to have the availability of the beautiful and spacious Cape Henlopen High,” said Kathy Benson, Delaware Resorts Expos founder and coordinator.
The next Delaware Resorts Expos event at Cape Henlopen High School is the seventh annual 55+ Expo set for Saturday, Nov. 4, which will focus on health, wellness and just about anything else that will improve the quality of life for the senior community. All ages are welcome.
