Frank E. Manning, Jr., 81, of Lewes, passed away unexpectedly Monday, Jan. 26, 2026.

He is survived by his devoted wife, Beverly Manning; daughter, Sloane Housten and husband James of Pennsylvania; son, Frank E. Manning III of Pennsylvania; grandson, Aiden Housten; sister, Terry Manning of Chicago; nieces, Kimberly Ward (Howard) and Ali Swanson; nephew, Brian Ward (Barbara); as well as many cousins, extended family members and cherished friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held from 2 to 5 p.m., Saturday, May 16, at Angola by the Bay Clubhouse, 33457 Woodland Cir., Lewes, with visitation from 2 to 3 p.m. A program of remembrance will begin at 3 p.m.
